This ONLY applies to customers who have purchased our Spring Special 30 day
money back service and have paid the £130 fee option for this service.
To claim your money back the following terms and conditions must be met:
a. The advert must have been on the Cardata service for 30 consecutive calendar days without interruption following the ad start date. Renewal after 28 days is not required.
b. The advertised vehicle must still be for sale as of the date the refund request is submitted and the vehicle's title must be in your possession or the possession of a lien holder on your behalf. Listings for vehicles that have been sold (as the result of the Cardata listing or any other online or offline source) or traded in, or for vehicles that are otherwise no longer available for sale, are not eligible. We reserve the right to make checks to ensure the validity of your claim.
Refund Process.
Refund requests must be sent via postal mail to:

1. No requests via e-mail, fax or in person will be accepted.
2. Refund requests must be postmarked no earlier than 31 days after the listing first appeared on Cardata and no later than 44 days after the date the listing first appeared on Cardata.
3. Refund request must include a completed and signed copy of the Cardata Moneyback Guarantee Refund Request Form enclosed with your receipt (if you have not received a claim form with your receipt please immediately contact Customer Services). Incomplete or unsigned refund request forms will not be accepted.
4. The refund will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the ad purchase once our verification and administrative processes has been completed. This should take no more than 10 to 14 days from receipt of your completed claim form.
5. The advert will be removed from the Cardata service when the refund is issued.
